The quality of life of every person with mental retardation is equal to other citizens in the country in that they live independently to the maximum possible extent.
Mission
PAMENCAP empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities through inclusive education, vocational training, and community participation. We raise awareness and advocate for their rights.
Value Statement
PAMENCAP champions inclusion for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring equal rights, participation, and a collaborative rehabilitation approach involving parents, staff, and professionals.
Aims & Objectives
- To bring awareness in the society
- To create awareness in parents about Mental Retardation
- To establish and maintain Early Intervention Centre for the exceptional children of age below 6 years
- To provide better educational amenities to all those ill-fated children
- To pay special attention and render services to the Parents of the MR Children specially in Rural Areas
- To protect and promote the rights of intellectually disabled persons (DIVYANGJAN)
- To provide Vocational Training to all those disabled and provide employment
